Alpine CrossFit is proud to present the 2nd Annual Warrior Classic CrossFit Competition in conjunction with the 2012 NPC Warrior Classic Bodybuilding, Figure, Fitness, and Bikini Competition and Expo on August 18th, 2012.
Where: Embassay Suites, 4705 Clydesdale Parkway, Loveland, CO 80538

Cost: $55/athlete
Prizes:
We have a $2,000 cash prize purse for our CrossFit event!! Cash prizes will be awarded to the top 3 Women and Men. We will also have prizes from our sponsors which will be given away during the event. Similar to the CrossFit Games, two “Spirit of the Warrior” awards will be given to two competitors (one male, one female) who represent the heart of the CrossFit community throughout this event. This award will be voted on by the judges. We will hold our own awards ceremony outside after our event has concluded in the afternoon.
Women – 1st place $500; 2nd place $250; 3rd place $150; Spirit of the Warrior $100
Men – 1st place $500; 2nd place $250; 3rd place $150; Spirit of the Warrior $100
WODs:
WODs and movement standards will be released on Tuesday August 14th at 8:00pm on our event website and on our home page (AlpineCrossFit.com). There will be multiple WODs/events for the day. We will be offering scaling for competitors but no separate scaled category. Scaling will come with a respective time and event placement penalty. Similar to our Legends Competition, we will arrange our programming (on some WODs) so that no scaling will be necessary. Saturday heat schedules will also be released on August 14th.
Registration:
Registration is limited to the first 100 participants. We have it currently set for 60 Men and 40 Women. Please email us at AlpineCrossFit@gmail.com to be waitlisted after the 100 spots have sold. Registration will officially close at 8:00pm Friday August 10th. At this time we will not be refunding entries and registrants may not make any alterations to their registration status.
Check-in and packet pick-up will be from 5-8pm on Friday evening at Alpine CrossFit. We will also have early morning check-in from 6:30am-8:00am at the event. We encourage you to check in on Friday afternoon at Alpine if you live in the area to decrease the Saturday morning crowd. Winners of our Legends Competition have won a FREE entry into this event!
Categories:
There are two categories for this event: OPEN WOMEN & OPEN MEN. We will be allowing scaling for competitors which will come with a respective time and event placement penalty.
