Come get ready for the games or have fun after the open season. The day will consist of three (3) workouts, as well as the Spirit of CFW Award being handed out. Workouts will be announced the day of the event.
Where: CrossFit Warwick, 56 Forester Ave, Warwick, NY 10990
When: June 16th, 2012 at 8:00am
Cost: $40/early bird, $75/after May 16th
