Fit As F*ck (09/22/12)

To all CrossFitters, you are hereby invited to participate in the 3rd annual FIT AS FU*K CrossFit Challenge.

Where: Venue TBA, Copenhagen area, Denmark
When: Saturday, September 22nd, 2012 (all day)
Cost: Dkr200 for men/women individual, Dkr600 for teams

The teams need to consist of 2 men and 1 woman.

There will be 4 to 5 WODs throughout the day, and each WOD will use the 2011 CrossFit Games scoring system.

Divisions:

• Men (individual)
• Women (individual)
• Teams (1 woman + 2 men)
